Draw, literature and music have something in common. First of all the three are considered beautiful arts. Second: I enjoy them a lot! I am a student of architecture, currently on my seventh semester, and as many architects I am a wannabe-artist. Three of my passions are drawing, reading and listening to music. Now I will give you a quick insight into why I love these things.
I am crazy about drawing. It’s a way for me to stress release and express those things that I’m not capable of saying out loud. When I was younger I was having a lot of problems trying to speak my mind and the situation at home was not as good as I would want it to be. A professor of mine one day suggested me to draw whenever I felt anything and was not able of sharing it. I’ve drawn since I can remember so I thought it would be a good idea so I started drawing. At first it was my own way of therapy, but with the time I started to get really good at tit until one day, at high school, I started having my own galleries where I showed my art.
Another of my big passions is reading. Though I love to read, it is really difficult for me to find a good book that would make me read it from first to last page without doing anything else. I try to read at least one book per month, sometimes I can read three sometimes I just read one depending on the amount of work I have. For me, literature, or writing, is another way to express those things that are in your head and you’re not capable of saying out loud. I like to believe that every time I read a book, I’m sneaking into the mind of the writer.
The third passion I am going to share is listening to music. At this point of my life I haven’t met someone who doesn’t like music. But I have found people with different likes and almost all of them dislike the music I listen to. By the way, I don’t care of what people thinks. I love Fall Out Boy, one of the first band’s I ever listen to and still my favorite. Music is a big part of my life. If I am doing homework, sometimes when I am reading, even when I am taking baths I love to listen to music. I think that music is also a big part of who I am. Sometimes lyrics penetrate my head and some other times my heart and soul. There are some songs that I feel like where written specially for me. Is it just me or does it happens to someone else? I need to get identify with either music or lyrics in order to get in love with a band or a song. I don’t know, maybe I am just crazy and I feel someone is talking to me through the things I enjoy.
I love these three things. Sometimes I do one at a time, sometimes one inspires me to do the other one. Anyways, they’re a big part of me and of my life. Does it happen to you?

Written Projetc: Pan's Labirynth
Pan's Labyrinth is a 2006 Mexican dark fantasy film written and directed by Mexican filmmaker Guillermo del Toro. It was produced and distributed by the Mexican film company Esperanto Films.
The film premiered at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival. Pan's Labyrinth has won numerous international awards, including three Academy Awards, three BAFTA Awards including Best Film Not in the English Language, the Ariel Award for Best Picture, the Saturn Awards for Best International Film and Best Performance by a Younger Actor for Ivana Baquero and the 2007 Hugo Award for Best Dramatic Presentation, Long Form.
No matter that some of the scenes may become a little cruel to some people; I find the movie very interesting. In some parts, it’s even a little sad. A big part of the movie is the soundtrack. N this movie, the whole music make me always feel kind of goosebumps. It was probably the violins or the wind instruments that where played during the film, butthe music felt kind of magical.
The acting was very impressive. My favorite was The Captain since he isreally evil and cruel. But if you think carefully, at the end of the day, he was a man who was doing his work and who was going to thethe best at it.
One of my favorite partsof the movie, is when Ofelia meets the Faun and he describes himself.

My Goals for my English Class
Actually the reason why I decided to take English this semester was beacause I was already over 50percent of the credits so the system was not allowing me to introduce the subjects I wanted to.
But since I am in here, lets set some goals:
- Improve pronunciation (since I don't think I sound correctly).
- Practice Grammar (gosh! I suck at grammar).
